This is an exceptionally rare door panel poster, and is the rarest of all the British size posters. This piece has only surfaced a few times.

This Ealing Studios comedy stars Stanley Holloway, Margaret Rutherford and Hermione Baddeley. The film tells the story of how residents of Pimlico declare independence and legal status as part of the House of Burgundy, after discovering a treasure trove including a treaty between Pimlico and Burgundy.
