87% Tempranillo, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2019, a stunning bouquet of woodsmoke, cedarwood, eucalyptus, cassis, plums and curry leaves - you name it, it is there. Intoxicating. Luscious liquorice and leather on the palate, the glycerol invading the whole mouth. Perfect structure and composition, with wild herb tannins - wow. The majority of the collection was purchased 'En Primeur' from UK and local wine merchants. All recently removed from a professional storage in Hong Kong. Property of a gentleman.
