Woodcut with handcolouring in red, green, yellow and brown, circa 1500, a very good impression of this extremely rare print (Schreiber cites one impression only), printing with gaufrage, on paper with an indistinct Heart (?) watermark, unframed
sheet: 101 by 133mm 4 by 5 1/4 in
We presume that this is the 'hastily coloured' impression cited in Schreiber as originating from the Fürstenberg Court Library at Donaueschingen.
