The pendant designed as a winged cobra with a female human head wearing a pharaonic headdress, decorated in basse-taille and plique-à-jour enamel, suspended from a serpent and star motif set with an old European-cut diamond of brown hue and suspending a pearl accented by old European-cut and round diamonds.
