of tapering cylindrical form with molded rims, applied midband, the stepped domed cover with bell-shaped finial, the “S” shaped handle with a scroll thumbpiece, the lower terminal with cast grotesque mask, the front engraved with a coat of arms within a scrolling foliate cartouche, engraved on handle B / IE, marked twice near rim
