Description
Château Mouton Rothschild 2008
Pauillac, 1er Cru Classé
Excellent level and appearance, embossed metal capsule
Label Artist: Xu Lei
83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot. The smallest vintage at Mouton since 1969, with an Indian summer and late harvest. In 2023, super-scented, spicy and infused with blackcurrant - pretty intoxicating, in the nicest possible way. Voluptuous, rich, complex and 'meaty' on the palate. Lush layers of black and red fruits, with great aromatic intensity. Remarkable impact and nobility. The texture is seductively creamy and the sweetness sensually sensational! A huge success at Mouton. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
1 imperial - 6 litres (owc)
