each with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, the exterior finely incised with a pair of dragons soaring through clouds and flaming wisps, below a classic scroll border encircling the rim, the interior with a shou ('longevity') character within a medallion, covered overall save for the base with an iridescent 'pearl' glaze, the base left white and inscribed with a six-character seal mark in underglaze blue, Japanese wood box
