This 1984-1985 Los Angeles Lakers championship banner has been signed by members of the championship roster, including Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, James Worthy, and Byron Scott, as well as Head Coach Pat Riley.


Led by Finals MVP Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics in six games to capture the 1985 NBA championship — the first time in franchise history the Lakers had beaten Boston in the NBA Finals, ending a streak of eight consecutive Finals losses to the Celtics dating back to 1959.


This banner is accompanied by a letter from James Spence Authentication in regards to the signatures.
