In 2011, the traditional tar and roses on the nose, but with so much extra class and finesse. Stunning fruit, damsons and prunes, with cocoa and liquorice. So full of glycerol and nutty flavour. Divine - so punchy and youthful. Bring on the white truffles! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
