Jaws invented the summer blockbuster and was a massive hit that shattered box office records. It was the film that propelled Steven Spielberg to international fame, and frightened a whole generation out of the water!

These two photographs were taken during rehearsals. The first photograph shows an image of the director, Steven Spielberg squatting by Bruce the shark. The second photograph shows an image of the production designer, Joe Alves, reaching into Bruce the shark.
