This is an extraordinary opportunity to taste the variety of flavor profiles created by different blocks in an elite single-estate vineyard. Guests will walk through Seavey Vineyard with winemaker Jim Duane while tasting barrel samples from the various blocks. This will be followed by a seated tasting of 4 library vintages of Seavey wines led by Jim. The experience also includes a 2015, 2016 and 2017 vertical of Seavey Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2015, 2016 and 2017 vertical of Seavey Caravina Cabernet Sauvignon, providing the full spectrum of Cabernet produced in those vintages.

• Vineyard tour with winemaker for up to 6 guests, accompanied by barrel tastings from specific blocks as we pass through 
• Seated tasting of 4 library vintages with winemaker Jim Duane 
• 3-bottle vertical of 1.5L magnums of Seavey Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages
