Pair of English Enamel Tall Candlesticks

Circa 1770


Baluster form, domed bases transfer-printed and overpainted with vignettes of figures in landscapes including a Fishing Party and a Hunter with his Dog after The Ladies Amusement, the shoulders with bouquets, all within gilt scrollwork borders on white ground, detachable nozzles.
