Description

Dom Ruinart, Blanc de Blancs, Brut 1988

Excellent levels, labels slightly soiled, of which 1 damaged; Excellents niveaux, étiquettes légèrement sales dont 1 abimée

In 2009, wonderfully spicy with huge individuality and complexity on the nose. Figs, dates and candied mandarins. A really full, winey Champagne. A "fromage blanc" taste. Then the oranges kick in. A lovely bottle. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
