An assembled set of six Charles II carved oak back-stools, Lancashire/North Cheshire, circa 1680

the set including a pair, the arched backs of each with 'tent pole' finials and leaf-carved centre panels, with panelled seats and turned legs, the stretchers a mix of baluster, spiral and bobbin turned varieties
