Louis Roederer, Cristal Brut 2006
60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. In 2014, there is a "saline" note to this young Cristal nose - really "maritime". A marvellous "appley" taste. This really sparkles on the palate and is so fresh and spring-like. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
