70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Wonderful intense, "iodé", concentrated nose.  Terrific full, "grand" taste.  Very orangey. Briary, keen and deep.  A huge-flavoured, extremely winey Bolly.  The acidity ensures a very long life.  Landmark year for those who like to cellar their Bollinger - in this case, for decades if they wish.  Mineral, "salty" finish that is signature.  Serena Sutcliffe, MW
