Levels into the neck, slightly scuffed labels, Wilson Daniels integrated import labels, slightly corroded foils, packed in individual coffrets

Disgorged specially in 2009. Lovely, mineral, 'iodé' nose. Not as broad and full as the 1985, with the 'sharpness' and freshness of the 1982 Chardonnay acidity. Distinguished, but not with the dimension of the 1985. A wonderful, crisp, 'salty' sign-off, with flavours of orange segments. Really cool stuff. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

特別於2009年進行去除沉澱的最後程序。酒香帶怡人的礦物和「碘」氣息。不如1985年般豐厚圓渾，卻有1982年莎當妮的酸爽和凜冽感覺。輪廓突出、但不像1985年般複雜。尾段清新俐落，有些許「鹹香」，還有一點橙香。此酒無疑是傑作。

Provenance

The wines were purchased primarily in the 1980s and 1990s with trusted wine merchants in the U.S., where the collector has had a long term relationship. All wines were stored in a custom built temperature controlled home wine cellar prior to inspection.

The Hong Kong Tax has been fully paid on these lots, however, the buyer has sole responsibility for any transport costs and any duty or taxes when shipping the lot outside of Hong Kong.
