gilt bronze on a wood base
height of bronze: 4 ½ in.; 11.5 cm
height, overall: 5 ⅞ in.; 15 cm
Probably acquired by Franz Wilhelm von Œttingen-Wallerstein (Provost of Cologne Cathedral until 1798) between 1812 and 1823;
Prince Ludwig Œttingen-Wallerstein (1791-1870);
Thence by descent until 1995.
