with three tiers suspended by chain links, each tier fitted with facetted glass discs within an gilt-brass lozenge border, the central stem issuing gilt-brass rushes with cut-glass drops and hanging from an upper corona with scrolled arms with cut-glass pineapple finials, hung with festoons of cut-glass drops, the lower tier with six candle arms and hung with cut-glass drops
