94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot. The highest percentage of Cabernet since records began in 1962. 39 hl/ha. 100% new oak, which the quality of the wine merits this year. In 2015, a great, classic, cassis nose, with complex spices. Superbly structured. Fantastic, fruity, plummy projection, combined with toast and sweetness. Provenance

This rare collection of wines was assembled over 20 years. Most were purchased from reputable local wine merchants, and the younger vintages through official agencies. The rest were purchased from auctions, including Sotheby’s. The wines have been stored in a state-of-the-art private temperature-controlled cellar prior to inspection.

The Hong Kong Tax has been fully paid on these lots, however, the buyer has sole responsibility for any transport costs and any duty or taxes when shipping the lot outside of Hong Kong.
