Launched in 2014, the Nautilus reference 5990 marks a milestone in the iconic line by combining a dual time zone display with a chronograph for the first time. This integration required a redesigned movement and a slightly enlarged case. However, thanks to the Nautilus's octagonal shape, the chronograph buttons are seamlessly and subtly positioned on the right side of the case, while the dual time pushers reside on the left. With its black graduated ribbed dial and well-balanced layout, the reference 5990 adds another touch of elegance to this sporty collection, ushering in a new era for the Nautilus.

Tiffany & Co stands as the most historic and prestigious luxury retailer in the United States. Founded in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany and John B. Young, with a $1,000 loan from Tiffany’s father, the first store opened its doors in 1838 on Broadway before later relocating to their flagship location on 5th Avenue and being renamed Tiffany & Co. The presence of the Tiffany & Co. logo on the dial of any Patek Philippe watch has increased its rarity and desirability over the years, and this holds true for the current watch. Combining one of the world's most sought-after steel sports watches from one of horology’s most respected and storied brands with the exclusive retailer stamp on the dial creates a unique opportunity for collectors to acquire one of the world's most coveted timepieces. We are please to offer this piece in overall excellent condition and complete with its full suite of accessories.
