Published within The Sunday Times, 25 January 1987, p. 26. Later published in Milk Snatcher: The Thatcher Drawings (2015), p. 85.
The drawing is given the title of "Ready for the Off" in Milk Snatcher, together with the following note "The date for the General Election was finally announced in February as being 11 June. The Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock and the Liberal-SDP David Owen seen here waiting for Thatcher to declare the date, after much anticipation."
