Description
Pair of double-clip brooches, Broudarge, circa 1930
Each fan-shaped plaque with geometric detailing, set throughout with brilliant-, circular-cut and baguette diamonds, signed Broudarge, French assay marks for platinum.
With an address on 2 rue de la Paix, in Paris, Broudarge was a jeweler with a certain reputation during the 1920s and 1930s. For his Art deco jewel, famous workshops like Strauss, Allard & Meyer or Verger Frères worked for him.
