Comprising: first pair of earrings each set with a cultured pearl, backed by a detachable pendant embellished with circular-cut pink sapphires and brilliant-cut diamond; and second pair of earrings each suspending a cultured pearl, surmounted by a circular-cut pink sapphire and brilliant-cut diamonds.
