rectangular with slightly waisted sides, all sides decorated with gold and translucent dark blue taille d'épargne enamel trelliswork entwined with different flowers, within wavy outlines, the reeded mounts with a slender bow-shaped thumbpiece, French prestige marks including maker's mark IPB, charge and discharge marks of Louis Robin (1738-1744), date letter B for 1742/43
