Arabic manuscript on paper, 170 leaves, plus 2 fly-leaves, with 21-26 lines of minute naskh in black ink, ruled in gold and black, verses separated by gold roundels, surah headings in gold naskh, f.1b and f.2a with double-page illuminated frontispiece, f.170a with colophon, signed and dated, in gilt-stamped brown leather binding, with flap, gilt leather doublures
