Arabic manuscript on blue paper, with a hadith written in elegant gilt calligraphy with gold borders, framed

14 by 41.5cm.

Istanbul, Turkey, 7th April 1997
The calligraphic inscription is a hadith, roughly translating to: 'I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Oh God, the Opener of doors, open for us the best door'.
