款識：

(楊)戊申(1848)秋日摹趙松雪筆意。槐亭二兄大人雅正，耕雲楊元蔚。鈐印： 「元蔚」、一印漫漶不辨

(曹)(行書《沁園春》文略，不錄)。已酉(1849)春仲，錄陳右源《沁園春》填詞，時正譜琴亦藉以供消遣。書為槐亭仁兄大人正之。樹珊弟曹履泰。鈐印：「履」「泰」(連珠印)

題跋：

(丁彥臣)耕雲先生書畫俱佳，與其兄伯潤先生齊名滬上一時，人稱二楊。後因游學東洋竟不得返，以致書畫傳世甚稍。槐亭二兄得此佳作，如藏珍璧，故倩余作跋，略屬事蹟記之於後，深恐世人只知伯潤而不知有耕雲焉。同治壬申(1872)秋初，吳興丁彥臣。鈐印：「彥」「臣」(連珠印)
