Illuminated manuscript in Latin on vellum. [France (Paris?), 15th century (c.1400–15)]


Single leaf, c.182×137mm; written in fine textura script, 14 lines (c.100×63mm); the text comprising Psalm 45:1–10; BOTH SIDES OF THE LEAF WITH FINE FULL BORDERS of highly burnished gold ivy-leaves springing from a narrow frame; illuminated initials and line-fillers. Slight cockling and staining at the edges.
