This mark is tentatively attributed to Thomas Cooper; however, an almost identical double beaker in the Metropolitan Museum in New York with maker's mark TC in monogram is attributed by Timothy Kent to Thomas Corey, but by Gerald Taylor possibly to Thomas Cooper (see David M. Mitchell, Silversmiths in Elizabethan and Stuart London, 2017, pp.512-5).
