the deity at center holding his principal attributes of the kartrikakapala and ghandi stick, standing on a prostrate figure, wearing a tiger skin around his waist and a garland of severed heads, a skull crown engulfed in flames crowns his head, Brahmanarupa Mahakala below to the right blowing a deer horn trumpet, with Vajradhara seated at the top flanked by a garuda and phoenix
