WaterMark Wine is a private label from Winemaker Phil Steinschriber, formerly winemaker for Diamond Creek Vineyards from 1991 to 2021. From deep in our cellar, we offer a 6-bottle vertical of Phil's fabulous Cabernet, which is completely sold out. Five of these wines come from Wildcat Vineyards in the Mt. Veeder appellation. At 2,000 feet, the air is rarified, and the ultraviolet rays make the skins of the berries thick and dark.

The wines are deep and luscious with a dark ruby color and strong fruit aromas. The palate exhibits cherry and dark fruit flavors complimented by vanilla and oak with long lasting tannins and great mouthfeel.
