the over-sized balloon glass containing a ‘gold’ painted-metal candle holder and ivory coloured wax candle embellished with a transfer of Greek symbols including those for Alpha and Omega

Candle: 201.4mm high
[with:] a modern print of a photograph by Henry Grossman of the Lennons’ dining room at Kenwood in March 1965 showing the candle holder in situ on the table, 201 x 209mm; two documents of provenance, one a copy of a letter from the family of Ken and Margaret Brunt, haulage contractors for The Beatles between 1967 and 1970, who it is said were given the candle holder by John Lennon
