The 3/4 size Nautilus was produced between 1981 and 2006. Collectors have acknowledged 4 different iterations over the course of its life. The present example bears the caliber 335SC with the "quick change" functionality, essentially a direct crown setting allowing to set the date in instant jumps, affixing it to the second generation for this reference, produced between 1987 and 1992.
The stainless steel case was manufactured by Favre-Perret and the dials by Stern Créations. The slightly more conservative case size ensures this timepiece perfectly fits a wrist which would not necessarily accommodate the larger, Jumbo size.
