Centering a step-cut aquamarine between by detachable shield-shaped clip, set with old brilliant-cut diamonds. 

Probably a wedding gift from Lord Edward and Lady Adelaide ‘Dodo’ Guinness, later 1st Earl and Countess of Iveagh to Lady Marjorie Manners in 1912.
