Lovely smoky, floral nose. Turns to peppermint on contact with air. Tremendous lime and white pepper flavour. A real nutty kernel to it. Touch of melon. Taut, mineral and yet luscious at the end. Pure lanolin texture. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
