This home ‘Statement Edition’ jersey was worn by Austin Reavs on November 29, 2024, during the Emirates NBA Cup, when the Los Angeles Lakers played the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Reaves finished with 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists. The Lakers lost to the Thunder, 101-93.
He has since become a perennial starter and a key cog in the Lakers rotation alongside stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Reaves has an almost cult-like following in LA, inspired by his incredible passion for the game. A particularly famous moment occurred in April of 2023 in a game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
