In 2014, a great bouquet of smoky boysenberries, with all that underlying Mouton cassis. Great, expressive, fresh red and black fruit on the palate. Very plummy and luscious. This collection spans the 1980s to 2010 and is in truly excellent condition, testament to the quality of the meticulously maintained underground climate-controlled storage. All bought from Sotheby's Wine Department in London, it includes such gems as Lafite 1998 in Imperial, a case of Haut Brion 2000 in bottle and a multi-format Superlot of Pichon Baron 2010.
