Description
Echézeaux 2015
Domaine de la Romanée-Conti
Côte de Nuits, Grand Cru
Average age of vines, 35 years. 25.70 hl/ha made. In 2015, this was the last DRC vineyard to be harvested. In 2018, a lovely, projected 'wild' nose that is also 'sweet' and seductive. Then the really gamey Echézeaux taste kicks in. The freshness is very winning and the texture is fine grained, floating on the palate. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
