Cabernet Sauvignon 95%, Merlot 5%, a first for this percentage of Cabernet. 100% new oak. Deep, intense nose of black fruit power. Black liquorice, mocha and spices on the palate. High tannins but so silky. Blackberries and leather. Huge, almost toffee finish, with hints of tobacco. Exceptionally glossy wine - you should see how slowly it slides down the inside of the glass! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
