In 2018, this may now be at peak in bottle form, or on a plateau, with the enormous sweetness, rivalling that of 1929. Rich in texture, ultra peachy and treacly, this is an Yquem to wallow in. Large, and very large, formats of the 1990 have more freshness, but this is super-luscious. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
