the arched pierced top rail carved with C-scrolls and stylised foliage, the uprights headed by carved chinoiserie pagoda finials, with blind fret carving, with a pierced shaped apron below, raised on scroll-carved pierced cabriole legs, with an inset arabesque tapestry depicting a cockatoo against an olive ground within a floral and scroll border, the tapestry now with a modern linen backing, on brass and leather castors
