Etienne Meunier was the patriarch and best known member of a family of menuisiers. He was active during the reign of Louis XV and is recorded as having an atelier on the Rue de Cléry until the 1770s. He was represented by the marchands-ébénistes Etienne Igoe and Pierre Migeon.
