8 x 10 in. Black and white promo photo of Elvis Presley dressed in a tuxedo, inscribed “Thanks! Elvis Presley.”
With letter of provenance signed March 12, 1999, from Mary Ann Gulley who obtained the autograph from Presley:
“Elvis autographed this picture for me after an appearance in the basement of the Hotel Chisca in Memphis in 1955, I had visited with him and Sam Phillips before his performance, while the electricians were repairing the sound system. After his performance, I held the stack of pictures he autographed for a few fans. Since we had been joking around. He added the “horns” himself as an extra personal touch. Needless to say, I thought that was terrific.”
