Rolex released this brilliant Sea-Dweller edition to commemorate James Cameron's historic solo dive on March 26, 2012. The dial of this Rolex DeepSea goes from brilliant blue to bottomless black representing the great journey. The National Geographic resident piloted the DEEPSEA CHALLENGER in the Mariana Trench to the deepest point in the ocean. Cameron documented uncharted and unexplored terrain in a feature length documentary to promote the future of science and discovery.
