Typically made by slicing a coin into two disks and embedding a watch in between, coin watches have been highly popular since the 1950s. The present example by Piaget is made from a rare and very well preserved 1900 United States twenty-dollar coin. Kept in very good overall condition over the years, this present example is an interesting piece for anyone’s collection.
