the black marble top above one long frieze drawer, the fall front flanked by engaged classically draped caryatid pilasters with corresponding feet mounts, enclosing an interior fitted one long frieze drawer, three pigeon holes arched to the top, one storage comparment mirrored at the back above a central drawer with a slide underneath revealing further secret compartments, flanked on each side by three drawers, the reverse of the fall front with a gilt-tooled leather inset writing surface, the lower section consisting of a pair of doors enclosing a large storage compartment, on gilt lion's paw feet
