Description

Each medallion is centred with a scene and is framed by dense foliage and flowers. The first medallion with two man carrying a basket, a stag on the left and a townscape in the background. The second shows Saint Jerome in a landscape. Both mounted on a green panel and in a giltwood frame with glass.


Micro carving I: 18.5 by 21 cm., 7 ¼ by 8 ¼ in.

Micro carving II: 19 by 22 cm., 7 ½ by 8 ⅝ in.


Frames: 42.5 by 46.5 cm., 16 ¾ by 18 ⅜ in.
