Publisher's wrappers printed in green and black with original glassine jacket; head and foot of wrapper spine very slightly chipped, jacket browned and its spine chipped with loss. Original green slipcase; broken and defective.

First edition, limited edition, no. 238 of 500 copies on "handmade pure linen Vidalon Royal" (of a whole edition of 685).
