Daniel Arsham's famous Future Relics series immerses viewers in a world where contemporary objects - familiar or obsolete - merge past, present, and future into singular artifacts. These studies prompt reflection on the urgency of the present moment and compel us to confront our own inevitable erosion over time.

This lot features two such studies: Future Relic 004 and Future Relic 007 - the Cassette Tape and the Cassette Player respectively. With the Cassette numbered 322 of 500 and the Cassette Player numbered 122 of 500, these paired sculptures seamlessly blend remnants of the past with visions of the future, as semi-obsolete technologies intersect with the excavations of tomorrow.

Both sculptures are safely housed in Arsham-branded boxes, accompanied by certificates of authenticity and handling gloves.
